Returns and Exchanges

At Little Obsessions we hope that you will always be delighted with your purchases from our store. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days to discuss a return or exchange. The item should then be returned to Little Obsessions (at your expense) at which time a refund in the form of store credit will be arranged, or alternate items posted to you.The item being returned must be in original condition, unused and/or unopened, with labels intact and in the original packaging. The amount of store credit or exchange will be equal to the value of the item returned, not including the original delivery charges. We are unable to accept returns on discounted items.

Faulty Items

At Little Obsessions we personally choose products of the highest quality and we thoroughly check each item before carefully packaging it for postage.

If, however, you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can make prompt arrangements for a replacement or exchange.
